Synergy Consulting & Investments was founded by Linoy Cohen following over a decade of extensive experience in the investment banking sector.
Throughout her career, Linoy has served as General Counsel and Director in underwriting and IPO firms. She was a co-founder of the Argaman Real Estate Investment Fund, which specializes in financing residential real estate ventures and entrepreneurial projects throughout Israel.
Linoy brings vast expertise in leading capital and debt raising rounds totaling hundreds of millions of NIS. Her track record includes financing diverse ventures in residential and income-producing real estate, as well as various high-tech sectors, including medical devices, biotechnology, cybersecurity, and defense.
Ravit Azoulay, Adv.
Marketing Director, Europe
Responsible for formulating comprehensive marketing strategies, building strategic partnerships, and connecting European investors with the company’s operations in Israel. One of the senior CPAs in Israel. The one who led and managed the international firm Deloitte (Britman Almagor Zohar), Haifa and the North branch. He accompanied the largest clients in the Israeli economy, among others, in A&M transactions, investment review, private and public issues.
Eli also served as senior partner and business development manager at the international investment house Cukierman & Co. Investment House and today serves as the chairman of Avigosh Upgrade and Business Development.
Meir Dalal
One of the senior leaders of the capital market in Israel and the one who led the underwriting industry for decades when he managed the leading underwriting companies in the market, including Underwriting and Issuance Analyst, Leumi Co. Underwriters and Discount Underwriting.
Meir has over 30 years of experience in the capital market in the field of underwriting and capital raising.
Meir led over 2,000 IPOs with a total financial volume of hundreds of billions of shekels and in addition managed transactions off the stock exchange and engaged in locating strategic partners for companies and projects.
Nitsan Naidorf, Adv.
A veteran and experienced investment manager in the high-tech worlds, with an emphasis on startup companies at the beginning of their journey. Throughout her years of activity, Nitzsan led investments amounting to tens of millions of dollars and she serves as Chief Investment Officer at the American SINGULARITY fund.
As part of her activities at the SINGULARITY fund, Nitzsan locates, examines and invests in promising startup companies in various fields of activity, with an emphasis on Fintech, AI and (Software) B2B SAAS in general.
